VOC
Our VOC research gathers and analyzes feedback directly from users and patients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations. Noble uses surveys, interviews, focus groups, and more to gain invaluable insights when innovation a patient-centric customer experience.
Observational Studies
Our premier Global Network of Usability Test Labs allow us to observe and evaluate how users interact with a product or system with the added ability to live stream the research to our partners, giving everyone front row, real-time insights into user behavior.
Ethnographies
Immersing ourselves in the users' real life environments, enables our designers and researchers to uncover less apparent needs and pain points. These insights deeply inform the design process and help us to create solutions that are more user-friendly, intuitive, and valuable to our customers.
User Experience Research (UX)
